La "maison d'Argante", à Lajatico.Lajatico, situé à égale distance des grandes villes touristiques de la Toscane, est un village qui a su garder son authenticité. La "maison d'Argante" se trouve en limite de la partie médiévale du bourg et donne face à la splendide campagne environnante. C'est une ancienne batisse restructurée dont l'aménagement allie le confort à la sobriété des maisons d'Antan. Les trois grandes pièces au rez-de-chaussée (cuisine, séjour avec cheminée et salon) donnent sur une terrasse ouverte (où on peut déjeuner) et sur le jardin, sur fond du suggestif panorama des collines de la Val d'Era. Au premier étage, trois chambres avec au total 5-6 couchages et une confortable salle de bain avec douche. Toutes les pièces sont munies d'un chauffage. Le contexte tranquille et rural invite à la rencontre des habitants et à la decouverte de la vie locale. Dans le centre du bourg, tout proche, on peut trouver un ensemble de commerces (alimentation, banque, pharmacie, etc.). |
| La "casa di Argante" a Lajatico. Lajatico, situato in posizione baricentrica e privilegiata rispetto alle città d'arte della Toscana, è il paese della Val d'Era che più di ogni altro ha conservato la sua autenticità , senza subire le trasformazioni dovute al flusso turistico. Nell' antico borgo, al limite tra il costruito e la campagna immersa negli splendidi panorami delle colline della Val d' Era, si trova la "casa" che fu "di Argante", antico edificio ristrutturato ed arredato in modo da conservare le originali caratteristiche di casa rurale, solida ed essenziale, funzionale e sobria. I tre grandi vani del piano terra (cucina, soggiorno con camino, studio) si aprono su di un portico ombroso e su un giardino rustico con sullo sfondo un suggestivo panorama collinare. Al primo piano si trovano tre camere con 5-6 posti letto e un comodo bagno con doccia. Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di riscaldamento. La casa è inserita in un contesto tranquillo e paesano che può consentire, oltre alla comodità dei servizi, anche una più approfondita conoscenza della realtà dei luoghi e degli abitanti. |

The "house of Argante", in Lajatico. The ancient village of Lajatico is situated 50 kms from the historical town of Siena and 60 kms from the city of Florence. It is one of those rare villages which has not succumbed to commercial pressures and has managed to retain its authenticity. The "house of Argante" is a renovated old rustic house and is situated in the medieval part of the village and offers a panoramic view of the sprawling Tuscan countryside. It combines comfort with the charm of a country house. The three large rooms on the ground floor (kitchen, salon with a fire place, living room) open onto a covered terrace and garden which gently merges with the surrounding fields and hills of the Valley of Era. The terrace is ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds and one with a large single bed and a comfortable bathroom and restroom with shower. The entire house is equipped with heating facilities. Grocery stores and other amenities are within a short walking distance from the house. The visitor can enjoy the laid back rural life style, interact with the local inhabitants and at the same time easily access the famed museums and monuments of Siena, Pisa, Florence, Lucca etc. |
| "Casa di Argante" in Lajatico. Lajatico ist ein Dorf im Herzen der Toskana, das, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen, seinen urspruenglichen Charakter trotz Tourismus bewahren konnte. Das "Haus von Argante", befindet sich in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt angrenzend an die herrliche, typisch toskanischen Huegellandschaft des "Val d'Era". Die drei grossen Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (Kueche, Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Arbeitszimmer) haben Zugang zu einer ueberdachten Terasse und dem Garten mit Panorama auf die angrenzende Huegellandschaft. Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei Zimmer mit 5-6 Schlafgelegenheiten, sowie das Badezimmer mit Dusche. Alle Zimmer sind beheizbar. Der doerfliche Charakter laed besonders dazu ein, sich ins Leben der Einheimischen zu integrieren und neue Bekanntschaften zu schliessen. |
